Agreement Overview
1.These terms and conditions govern your use of O2 Coworking Space’s services and facilities.
2.By signing up for and using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.
Membership and Payments
- Membership Options: We offer various membership plans. Details of each plan are available on request.
- Payments: Membership fees are due monthly, in advance. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Use of Space
- Access: Members have access to their designated workspaces during office hours (9am to 5pm), unless specified otherwise in their membership plan.
- Conduct: Members are expected to behave in a professional manner, respecting the space and other members.
- Cleanliness: Members must keep their workspaces clean and tidy. Shared areas must be kept neat and free from personal items.
Facilities and Services
- High-Speed Internet & DG Backup: We provide high-speed internet and DG backup during office hours to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Common Facilities: Members have access to reception, breakout spaces, pantry, and separate washrooms for ladies and gents.
- Conference Room: Free usage hours for the conference room will be finalized after confirming the cabin and number of seats.
- Parking: Bike parking is available. Car parking is charged additionally.
Security and Privacy
- Security Measures: We implement security systems and surveillance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
Lock-In Period and Termination
- Lock-In Period: Membership agreements have a lock-in period of 1 year with a 5% annual hike.
- Termination: Either party can terminate the membership with a 2-month notice period.
- Space Handover: Space handover occurs 15 days after signing the agreement and transferring the rental advance.
Liability
- O2 Coworking Space is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
- Members are responsible for their own equipment and belongings.
Amendments
O2 Coworking Space reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
By becoming a member of O2 Coworking Space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
